I first became a fan of the DC character swamp thing after watching the movie "swamp thing 1982" when I was younger, I found the story interesting and the hero unique (even though the effects were terrible and the costumes laughable). After hearing that there was a TV series I knew I had to check it out and I am happy to report my love of this IP has returned with full force! So far this series is very very good and leans more towards horror than your standard super hero series. The effects are brilliant, the soundtrack is perfectly eerie and the actors really sell the horror elements and the mad science aspect of this show. I really hope that the producers change their mind about cancelling this show after the first season!!!.
