I’m in love with “We Are Lady Parts”, seeing as I binge watched the entire first season in one evening. The characters are well-drawn, and have very relatable challenges (love, family, carrers, insecurities), the music is addicting (and I haven’t been a punk music fan before now), and it is a delight to see how being part of a band expands and grounds their lives. Positive yet sassy Muslim female characters are sooooo overdue, as are Amina’s gentle, supportive parents. I want more episodes AND more songs from this series. I’m an American female, single, and over age 50 - this series is awesome. And the stars are all beautiful. More, please.
