I thoroughly enjoyed this film. Gyllenhaal is an incredible actor, and he's able to captivate the audience for 90 minutes when all focus is on him (literally 99% of the movie).
I also learned the movie was shot in 11 days, which is incredible. Jake Gyllenhaal was able to hone in on his character in such a short amount of time, and I could feel the anger, tension, frustration, and pain in his face.
Incredible movie, 5/5 stars.
PS: If you want a 911 operator movie with lots of action, then I suggest watching 'The Call' instead.
