The 2 stars are for the first hour and zero for the rest. Great plot and the suspense was alluring. I like JH ok and he fit the role initially. First half was good. Then the movie just fell apart. It got ridiculously silly and became terrible. It was if I was saying oh don't do that, then it happened. At the end really goofy and lazy writing. Overall I didn't like it and would not recommend.

I had an idea this movie would be light , goofy and foolish, I was right. Not that there's anything wrong with that. Blunt is as cute as ever and the Gosilin guy plays his role as expected. A couple laughs but nothing too serious. Way too long of a movie for what it presents. Nothing that will blow you away except many, many special effects. I would say it's "ok" but won't recommend it to anyone. Catch it if you're bored

I sat on this review a couple days after watching. I was very excited to watch it and left the theater somewhat confused with conflicting feelings. There was a ton of hype and someone told me it was linked to silence of the lambs. I was all in. Firstly I absolutely loathe Nick Cage and didn't know he was in it til credits rolled at the beginning. He didn't do.it any favors imo. I read where the writer/director said he wanted to lull the audience in with nostalgia. He lulled me in and then to sleep. Movie was so slow and just obsurdly full of bs. Cage looks ridiculous and the plot had more holes than a cheese grater. I thought Movie was dumb, boring , insulting to the silence of the lambs when compared. Acting was awful costumes were ridiculous as well. After thinking about it for a while I hated it. I would tell friends not to waste their time on this garbage.

I've been a fan of this franchise since a child. I have absolutely loved every single movie brought out in this series and this one is no different. Spoilers.... First , sad that Ceasar is dead but I appreciate moving on. I love the development of new characters and how they kept Ceasars story alive. It was hard when it was over because I wanted more but I know I have to wait for the next one. Actors were fantastic. CG was amazing. The foe/ friendship between Maye and Noah was realistic if you put yourselves in either characters shoes. Even tho her character made me angry I had to say "oh ya, I'm on her side" but then you feel bad. I can't wait to see what's next and definitely recommend.

Fantastic.. I've always been a fan of wrestling but barely remembered this family. I did know of some of their tragedy however and was excited to see this. I wasn't disappointed. Story, however tragic, was told beautifully. Acting was good although the 5'2 actors didn't quite measure up to the real life Von Eric's they stood tall with talent of their own. I would recommend this to friends and family fans or not.

So if youre a huge TWD fan as I am youre excited for this to release. The other spinoff were good but this is Rick and Michonne right? The writers continue to frustrate me with these characters especially Rick Grimes. They've always done it with his hypocritical philosophy and bad decision making but this is what they do. Although it frustrates me it's also what makes me love it because it is somewhat realistic. I have always loved to hate Rick Grimes but love Michonne. This series continues typical Grimes bad decision making but brings it back around in the end. Somehow he always lands on his feet. Great story writing, tragedy and acting. If you're a fan I think you will love this as I did. Need more TWD!!!

So.if this was named "bouncer" they may have gotten away with it being so bad but they sold it on the premise of the original 80's movie. If you're a fan of that classic like am - hard pass this one! I normally like JG but even he couldn't save this train wreck and even added to its failure. The plot was weak and silly acting was incredibly horrific. JG was bad himself but the lil angry leprechaun McGregor was ridiculously bad. That was a bad choice. Low budget feel, unknown actors, boring and generic. I wanted to.fast forward til.it was over but try to stick it out to give a fair review. Embarrassing attempt and a all time classic, and was shameful to all Involved.
