It is probably the best textbook that I ever had. It was prescribed in a course called "integrated Management Systems" as part of my MBA many years ago. UNISA calls it a Masters degree in Business Leadership (MBL). It is only 164 pages because the content is written in a condensed format that explains the concepts and how it ties in without embellishment that will confuse the issue. If you really want to understand how the Strategy is finally cascaded to the Business Plan and Budget you should read this book.
