I love watching Masterchef. It's innovative, informative and all round good viewing. BUT. Please Gary and Matt stop shouting. Your voices grate when they are raised and you can almost hear the phlegm rolling around in the back of your throats. Either have some voice lessons or use microphones. Every year I have to make a decision as to whether I am prepared to put up with your yelling in order to enjoy an otherwise excellent program.
