It's not a typical commercial Bollywood movie with mass masala but I wish they made more movies like this. In an ideal world films like these should be taking home big money and not the likes of "Animal".
It's a very inspiring story and not a single scene bores you. The story depicts self discovery journey against established social norms by a 70 year old person. Around the climax there a dialogue by his son that "बचपन से मुझे लगता था कि बाबूजी को ना तो चोट लग सकता है, ना उनको थकान हो सकती है, ना उनकी एकछाये हो सकती हैं, क्यों कि वो तो बाबूजी हैं न, मेरे बाबूजी" which is very inspiring in that context.
It's about travel and discovering the world outside as well as within.
It's about if you are good, good things would happen to you.
The film inspire to go beyond your boundaries and your comfort zone, like Atmaram Dubey who have never gone beyond Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh and have never seen an ocean nor have taken a flight. Yet as the age of 70 travel to Bangkok all alone.
In simple way the film story is that and old person goes to Bangkok for sensual pleasure but there is much more in the movie and meanings behind it than what meets the eye.
The film captured Bangkok landscape beautifully specially the picturesque Khao Sok Lake is breathtaking.
