I think the judges are clearly prejudiced toward ‘hip hop’ and ‘big tricks’ street dancing as versus dancers with years of actual technique, hard work and true artistry. Tonight’s episode was an indication of that. Unity LA was the absolute best of all the divisions. And yet the Kings were scored higher in the last division. All because they did flying acrobatics and big jumps. Is this dancing? Goes to show that these judges are not the best at their job. Really surprised at Derek Hough, who has more professional training than the other two judges put together. Also, there is no question that the dancers with the next highest score should win the wild card. And that would be Unity L A. But wait, the judges have to discuss it. Really? I am disappointed in World of Dance. Their credibility took a big hit tonight. If you want to see true dancing in a competition format, than watch So You Think You Can Dance. World of Dance falls way too short.
