This is a show I was looking forward to watching once I stumbled upon it on Netflix it is really amazing to see such craftsmanship on display it was really an aww inspiring event to watch the content is great to see how glass is used and made into such beautiful artwork.....now as for the judging which was extremely lacking for my taste the winner of season 1 shouldn't even have been in the top 3 let alone in the finale her demeanor and complete disregard for her competition as being human beings was distracting and utterly hard to watch dont get me wrong she did have some good pieces but nothing I found conceptually appealing to the average non-feminist type anyways but there was seriously no piece she produced I would ever consider purchasing or even be able to stomach In my house but the runner up did amazing talented precise pieces that were unbelievably perfect as well as alex who was the 3rd place contestant did some of the most amazing clean precise craftsmanship i have seen in any craft if only his concepts were more transparent I would recommend to watch this based off craftsmanship and skill of the competitors but not for the fairness and reliability of the judging
