To call this show utter brilliance feels like the biggest understatement of the century. The cast is like no other and the storyline follows suit. Drama ,thriller and suspense will have you looking for your jaw somewhere on the floor with the many plot twists you come across. Each character has their time to shine and develop and each adding equally as much to the main plot. The Penthouse grips you on its first episode showing you abit of the climax right at the beginning and then taking you through the many twists and turns to unravel it's mystery. This drama revolves around the rich and powerful tenants of Hera Palace and how their money is the most resourceful in gaining all they want at the blink of an eye for themselves and their precious children. These parents will fight tooth and nail to make their children the best even if it means getting their hands bloodied. You will see first hand the effects of bullying on teens and the effect it has like a dominoe effect in its most raw and emotional state.Don't mistake this for any generic kdrama story...it is uniquely Oscar worthy leaving you with thee ultimate cliffhanger endings at every episode like no other can compare. With a second season to follow that should tell you how interesting it is..so what are you waiting for?

As a day one fan of the Webtoon it was a dream for this to become a kdrama and boy was I happy on the fact that it delivered well on high expectations. True Beauty may follow a strong love story however the female lead JuKyung shows you real life issues as a woman that is most relatable. She is afraid of her imperfections getting her bullied again and being made fun of and like us all turns to make up to help hide her insecurities which temporarily helps her find confidence . Even though she initially hides what she naturally looks like male characters Suho and SeoJun see past this and fall for who she really is on the inside. This is the essence of the story coming to light, to love yourself for who you are, to grow from your strugfles with low self esteem and know there people who will love you for who you are and if they don't they were never meant to be in your life to begin with. This kdrama is incredibly emotional taking you through the hardships of beauty standards, finding true friendship and love, the impact of deep rooted family issues as well as that of being an idol in a very judgmental society. As you would have guessed there is a love triangle and many obstacles along the way for JuKyung on her road to self discovery and learning to love herself. There is so much to love about this drama especially it's amazing OST which takes you on a rollercoaster with this storyline. True Beauty delivers on romance, comedy and drama of course taking you on a journey with every episode as you watch their character development. If you don't give this kdrama a chance you are missing out on one of the best.

This has to be the ultimate journey of story telling . From the very first episode you are taken through a raw emotional journey between these 2 brothers. The brilliance of having incorporated the fairytale aspect into the storyline and how it evolved was incredible to watch. It is extremely refreshing with the strongest female lead you will come to see and beware she will become your girl crush with her feisty and go-getter approach to life and love.This story was true to its core in depicting real life issues and taking you deeper into the struggles of an individual who has special needs as well as to their brave caregivers who are miracle workers by the patience and love they give. Each character has their time to shine showing you their character development naturally without being rushed and each episode gets better as it goes along. This is truly one of its kind and it's cast delivers a stellar performance. The OST...my oh my is as great at the kdrama as it keeps you emotionally attached. If you haven't watched this yet you are missing out on one of the best dramas to have ever been made.

This kdrama has so many genres that jelled well in one it's hard not to love it. The storyline keeps you in suspense taking you on an intense journey and an emotional one at that too. Each episode delivered with interesting content and thriller vibes till the last second. The cast are amazing and you know it's great when you develop a love-hate relationship for some characters. It is the ultimate binge watch and worth every second.

By far the best kdrama there is if you're looking for something that has abit of every genre in it. I watched it months ago and I'm still not over it that's how big an impact it made on me and how gripping it was. Its undeniably great like its name and will be an all time classic..The Goblin is so rich in storyline that it has you hooked from episode 1 all the way to the end. It has both a romance and a bromance that you will definately fall inlove with. To say this kdrama was an emotional rollercoaster is infact the biggest understatement. The entire cast are super talented especially lead actors Gong Yoo and Kim Go Eun who have you instantly entangled in their love story from the get go aswell as in stitches with their comedic flair. The Goblin set the bar for kdramas for me and it's OST is as amazing as it's story, I'm certainly hooked on it for life. Giving this one a try will be the best choice you'll ever make. P.S make sure u always have tissues on standby and a good shoulder to cry on...Lord knows your're going to need one.

The Heirs is the best high school drama I've ever watched.This is the only drama where you'll fall inlove with both male love interests.This is young love at its best with an amazing cast telling a story of great sacrifice and the fight for true love. Kim Woo Bin, Lee Min Ho and Park Shin Hye were incredible in this storyline of drama,romance and comedy that keeps you entertained till the end. Don't even get me started on the OST..hands down one of the best! If you give this kdrama a try you will definately not be disappointed.
