The gameplay is good and combat is really good and enjoyable. Only downside for me is the sappy story and the Ms Marvel development and how cheesy it is for a 16 game. It’s quite off putting and cringy for the most part. Other than that I had an issue with the campaign freezing at some points but after that it was fine. Again just some of the sappy story and cheesy lines and was hoping for a little more brutal honesty and character profiles which are shown through the comics. SPOILER: for a game which is based around the destruction of San Francisco and the downfall of the avengers and the build up again it’s very laid back and and I haven’t enjoyed the story a lot at all. The villain is good but just the characters and how they’re presented and developed along with their lines and how they’re presented. However, I really enjoyed the combat and it was a good superhero combat game which we haven’t really had since Spider-Man PS4.
