Invasion delivers great acting for characters in boring lives that are happening during a really boring invasion. I struggled to see what the point of the aliens even was and where they could have possibly spent 200 million. Invasion takes cliche problems and draws them out into long underwhelming scenes. It is worth considering if you are into psychological shows but even then it is bland and uninteresting. Overall Invasion is a 200 million dollar show that delivers content that could have been done on a much much smaller budget. Luckily it is only 3 episodes so I would recommend trying it out for yourself but you may find yourself struggling to keep your attention on the screen.

Narrative bounces all over the place and in the end you don't really learn much about the haunting of the manor at all. At many points you will catch yourself wondering what the hell is even happening.
