Too me its just horrible acting/pacing and cgi effects. Yes all key characteristic traits are either extremely watered down or non-existent. I dont want to spoil anything as it steers away from alot of plot advances the cartoon had which I wouldnt mind had they written it well. The original told more story in a shorter time it felt. At the end of the day I felt i was watching a kids play instead of being immersed in a world. 2 stars because the 1st live adaptation was that much worse

This game looks amazing but the problem is this isnt really even a game. It is literally all cut scenes with short linear moments where you can walk 5 feet forward with cutscenes between every tiny thing you click on. This games pacing is some of the worst I have ever seen. It drags between a collection of insanely annoying characters that are all dull. Honestly at this point just make an animated movie. There is no point in me paying 70 dollars to have my controller sit there unused the whole time. I get what type of game this is but on the same note this is extremely lazy execution. This is a 10 dollar experience at most.

I legit havent picked up the show since 2017. It being 5 years I expected to finally come back to a fresh feel. My god how on earth can this game feel the exact same for this long. I get it feeling like 21 for other players but its been 5 years for me and it is the same exact game. The commentary is the worst I have seen. In RTTS I hear the same exact lines every game. The presentation is extremely lack luster. There are so many easy additions this studio can add to make the game full of life and I am at a lost for words at how hard they copy and paste. I have been with the Show since the PS2 days and now Im praying a different studio comes along and revamps baseball gaming kinda like how SDS did when they 1st came on the scene.
