I've seen streamers play this and thought it looked kinda meh but I bought it when it was 7$ so I tried it. This game should not be tagged as a rpg in anyway. It's a full-blown Sim by any definition. I didn't even manage to get to the combat after several hours. I got stuck at this horrible lock picking mini game they made that no matter how many times I tried just doesn't work. You can't save manually without a item or sleeping in your own bed. This game just doesn't respect your time and that's why I quit. I'm not gonna commit time to something that isn't fun to me.

So I beat this game and decided to beat the other paths on extreme. Pretty fun till you reach Lu Bu. He has to be one of these worst boss designs I've ever seen. And it would at least be interesting if his health pool wasn't absurdly huge like vast ocean huge. To top that off if you use your rage to early you will not beat him cause whatever moron on the dev team made him immortal until you break his mosou which can't be done without your own rage cause he no longer flinches. Just FYI even on normal his health pool is to big. It's a great game otherwise but the few boss fights are complete utter trash. If they were to cut the boss health pools by bout 40% the experience would be more fun and less like a cheese grater to the face.

For starters this is a very raunchy niche comedy with really dumb humor and if you can get with that your gonna enjoy it a lot more. Story line is pretty dumb and so are its characters but the casts really carries it especially Derek Wilson. He is so unhinged as the character Wolf while still being able to sound serious in his delivery. One of my favorite dumb comedies that for whatever reason Hulu took off there site.

For the steps forward they have made this expansion undoes a ton. The story well it sucks. Felt more like a gap story to something bigger with a obvious reveal and stupid character flips just to make it so the villain gets what they want. No big build up or anything to make the flip happen it just happens for the sake of happening. New class Spirit born feels meh. I find some of its build to be visually cluttered (Im looking at you quill runners) but for the most part it feels like a knock off monk. Now for the end game Its boring and even more grindy. The inclusion of runes is cool but adds even more grind to try to find the ones you want. Gathering 3 gives you a chance to mash them together for a random rune. I hate it, i hate all of it. Gathering these is not fun cause you either have to trade for them or grind the undercity with a specific offering over and over to get random junk. Nightmare dungeons feel like a lame after thought only giving masterworking mats and very little else. Making Ancestral gear greater affixed gear only is a really dumb choice so now i'm stuck using a unique till the RNG gods decide to finally drop one with a greater affix. Let me have my ancestral and then let me hunt the freaking GA. Torment difficulties feel wildly inconsistent. 1-3 are a massive joke and then 4 all the normal enemies are jokes and the bosses are over tuned to the heavens one shot you for the sake of just because. The dark citadel is kinda meh. Requires a party and is fun the first time but after that its just a chore you have to complete every 3 days with randos. Pit remains pretty standard affair but now serves as what Greater rifts in D3 was a difficulty bar. Reach a certain floor unlock a difficulty. But also serves as your upgrades to glyphs now which is odd. Felt that could of stayed with the nightmare dungeons but whatever. Over all this expansion is a disappointing step backwards. Story was weak and the end game feels even more lifeless with RNG stuffed to its brim.

What a middling experience. Good 1: The combat can be fun when it decides to work or not have input lag 2: The visuals are amazing 3:Lots of bosses to fight 4: Equipment feels impactful as well as the spells when tackling a given situation. Bad 1: The story is nearly non existent and the moving to each area is pretty much entirely unexplained with zero reference of your characters journey. 2: The main character is a mute plank of wood that if given a voice could better build the world he stands in 3: THE CAMERA IS TERRIBLE IN EVERYWAY. Oh large monster? lock onto its pinky toe. Get backed into a corner? ya you ain't seeing nothing but the death screen. Enemy moves really fast? Oh ya the camera ain't keeping up with that. 4: The game for whatever reason wants to use every single troll situation used in video games in the last 15 years countless times like its something special. (enemy knocks you off a cliff, Archer at the end of a narrow pathway, Enemies acting like they are dead) 5: While the game is beautiful, It uses way to many particle effects in some areas almost entirely obscuring the players vision. While cool it makes it impossible to react to boss attacks creating artificial difficulty. 6: The performance in some areas is really really bad. 7: While having a lot of bosses in the game is cool. It begins to suffer with some bosses just feeling really really bad to fight. Almost like they were not play tested bad. Attacks hitting when your nowhere near, camera getting jammed into the floor and some downright ignoring spells cast at them during normal attacks. Some attacks having no clear tell at all and the worst offender is the grab attacks that look like straight up normal attacks but will take 40%+ of your health and you will feel robbed when it happens.

I'm begging you Team Ninja STOP trying to do things your clearly not capable of doing! This game has no reason to be open world at all. It's a glorified mission hud with more walking. Your combat system is a step back as well where switching stances is clunky when it's literally the focus. And the idea of trying to be grounded in reality while people are clearly doing supernatural things is super dumb. I don't get how you make nioh 2 which is such a fun challenging game to making wulong and now this which are massive back steps in design and complexity. Not to mention the AI is still terrible not wulong terrible but still.

What a dull film. Borderline soft core porn. Plot: Girl is reborn, Girl learns to "work" herself, Girl spends majority of the run time having sex, people keep falling in love with her randomly, man from her past life shows up, she says nah and movie ends. Is it well acted? Yes. Are some of visuals interesting? Yes. Is the plot interesting and world building good? Absolutely not. You could trim an hour off this movie and it would change virtually nothing.

It's a good first outing for this company. It does suffer a bit imo due to enemies being just insanely spammy. You can do difficulty without a enemy doing a 15 hit combo and having no reaction to being hit. Primary bosses are solid tho some first phases have a tad to much hp making them a bit of a trudge to get thru. Npc bosses feel really dumb tho, they devolve into just back stab fishing because they don't flinch when hit and just spam attacks non stop. Weapons system is fun it let's you kinda find a style you want. Only draw back is a lot of weapons have horrible guard retain so unless your perfect blocking you just get chipped away on bosses endless attack strings and it comes off feeling unfair and like your being punished for using that weapon. I hope they do sequel and build on this games systems.

Super fun game and a improvement over 1 in everyway. Fun weapons, fun mods, Cool class skills and a mildly interesting story.(IF solo) So the bad. The coop play is truly terrible. The latency between me and my friend is insane. We play a lot of coop games together and even tho he is west coast and I'm midwest its never been a issue. Loss of iframes, Huge action delays, its unplayable. I joined a random game that had 3 people and it was impossible to dodge anything. There net code for this game is a massive dumpster fire. Been reports of people who are close to each other having bad latency as well. If you want a challenging solo game with a lot of cool stuff to discover its a go, if you want coop i'd say pass.

Will Trent has some promise but is heavily hindered by bad writing and some bad directing. Beyond the first episode the cases feel often lazy and easily solved. Characters also seem to emotionally bounce all over the place, take Faith for instance. She has what seems like a deep anger towards Trent for getting her mother fired but by the 3rd episode they seem dang near buddy buddy with her having the occasional snarky remark. The only solid character seems to be Trent and Angie with there struggles and relationship. And by bad directing I mean attention to detail like police procedure. Getting into stand off with suspects with guns and surrounding him but literally pointing guns at each other so everyone is in a cross fire situation just annoys me. And mister rage detective annoys me too. His character is interesting but him beating on suspects with absolutely no consequence is just dumb. Good foundation for a show that could be great with better writing and directing beyond just Will Trent himself.
