As a person who has never played a single game of League of Legends in my life and is really picky with shows they watch this show is truly incredible and I highly recommend watching it. I promise you will not regret it one bit. This show has such a beautiful art style and animation. The characters facial expressions and movements are spot on and really sell every scene. Every character you meet have such an interesting backstory without feeling forced which can be really hard to find sometimes especially when it come from video game adaptations. You don't need to care about these characters because they are champions in a video game, you're gonna care about these characters because they're make you care about these characters. I am going to use Jinx as an example (because she's my favorite character). She starts out as a little girl just wanting to be loved and/or get validation in any way she can but ends up "breaking" everything she touches. She "jinxes" every job she runs away. She then makes a big mistake and loses everyone she loved. She was all alone until Silco came. She jumps into his arms because like I said before, she craves love, she craves validation. And all of this hurt, all of this trauma she is dealing with isn't pretty like a lot of shows nowadays make it seem. Being hurt is ugly and it's ruthless and it doesn't stop for anything until it get what it wants (that changes from person to person). I could go on and on for hours explaining why this show is worth your time but I want you to be able to explore that yourself. One thing I would love to see in season two or even a little short film is Powder and Silco's relationship and how Silco raised Jinx. I just think their dynamic is super cute and makes me wish I had a dad :D
