This really isn't a bad film...but there were so many details that let it down.
Some decent actors that deserve better.
The medals on the British Colonel-Campaign Medal 1962-2008, accumulate Service Medal 2011 and an Iraq war medal...in 1943, also what look like Royal Logistic Corps Collar Lapel badges 1993.
The flag raising of Iwo Jima painting shown at the end in the corridor didn't happen until 1945.
The model boats were comical. Good story if true though.
