Let me tell you what I don't like about the DCEU's Shazam: 1. The first 30 minutes is very slow with the Dr Sivana's origin, Billy pranking the authority just to find his mother 2. What is the point of the 7 sins? The Wizard told that few century ago they causes chaos which led to human genocide and now? They possess Dr Sivana, eat people at meeting and create havoc at carnival. Generic movie monsters 3. The Wizard Champion's candidates. For few years he's been trying to find his champion all over the world and suddenly find it in Billy because he has no other option and Billy is the last hope. 4. Shazam is kinda loud and carefree which is different from Billy which is kind of kept everything to himself and not that 'fun' Billy. 5. The bus scene. How the windshield of the bus doesn't cracked or smashed when Shazam just stopped it from hitting the pavement? Even the windshield cracked when the passengers falls unto it. Overall, Shazam is a geberic superhero movie. Very very average. 2 out of 5
