Overall, I thought it was pretty decent! Fun little kids movie...or just a fun movie to watch if you're a kid at heart, or if you make a habit of watching random films that are outside your age range for no reason other than boredom. I don't know your reasoning, I can't read minds.
If you're expecting good characterization for the villains, this isn't quite the film for it; I believe the Batman Unlimited version of Clayface is supposed to be Basil Karlo? Personally, I felt like they dumbed him down a significant amount on paper. For Pete's sake, he's a master actor in his canon backstory! If that's supposed to be Bas, it didn't seem like it to me. But this is a children's film, and I am a young adult, so I didn't set the bar high. Still, in terms of the character's personality showcased in the film, this evoked more of a "this is Matt Hagen/technicallllllllllly Clayface 2" feeling from me. I can't quite think of the words to explain that.
