It's truly a movie that encapsulates the heart of the Godzilla films. Beautifully done.

It's been a long time since I've experienced this kind of charm in a movie. The occasional nod to the first film didn't overpower the uniqueness of the scenes and didn't try to hard to reinvent the original content. The supporting cast really boosted the narrative, even the villains. This was a great, casual movie to watch with your kids. Witty song lyrics, flash and bang, animals and, of course CHOCOLATE, all delivered a story that on the surface was comedic magic, but underneath it's candy coated exterior was a movie with a lot of heart.

This was a fun adaptation. If you've a fan of the show (especially of Zuko as a character) you will love this. The added scenes for him and Iroh alone are worth watching. The first three episodes are clunky but I promise you by the 6th you'll be begging for more.

This movie was a perfect blend of original turtle nostalgia and Gen Z humor. Fun, fresh visuals with a straightforward story and cute characterizations made this an enjoyable watch. I grew up on 90s Ninja Turtles and this brought me right back to my childhood.

This movie has a lot of heart, adult humor and allegory. My kids enjoyed it, it resonates for all ages.

My kids asked to see this movie. It was a hot day so we went, and I didn't know anything about it so I had no expectations. I was pleasantly surprised. What a creative universe! Beautiful visuals and music and the plot was very touching. It was nice to see the story of immigrants making a new life played out in such a pure and loving way. As the eldest daughter the main character resonated with me, and the ending was as bittersweet as you'd expect from a Pixar film. My daughter easily bores with long films, she was engaged with this one until the end.

I'm typically not normally ate up by superhero movies, MCU does little for me, I dabble in Batman from time to time because that's what I was reared on. This film is action, action, action. Unlike the MCU formula of action, witty comment, joke, angst it just stays intense for the majority of the film — and that's okay! The CGI makes sense. The music is moving and powerful, befitting of this character. The messaging is meaningful, familial bonds and the underlying theme of colonialism was well presented. It's a decent film, and one that was clearly created to be violent and full of action entertainment. Over the top villainous posturing is 100% my thing and suits Black Adam well. I went in with no expectations but came out pleasantly surprised. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

One of the cringiest depictions of police work and military culture I've ever seen. The writing is terrible and the dialogue is awkward and clunky. Even the star-studded cast can't make up for how bad this movie's script is.
