I'd rather see him commit suicide, get killed, or any ending to his story, BUT him behind the bars. That would bring a level of cliche that doesn't fit Barry's story at any angle. He's definitely caught our attention and we want him free of this mess, but at the very same time we know he doesn't deserve such a thing, yet we wish we could hug him, tell him it's all gonna be OK, and help him escape. This is the highest degree of manipulation(of the thoughts and beliefs) and it's amazing that we appreciate it. It's a combination of conflicts that makes us question the fundamentals. This show is highly artistic and in my humble opinion, the ratings could be nicer.
