Brutal and joy depraved film. This film is one of the best (because of the strong acting cast and the story) of this particular genre. There is something very deeply unsettling and tragic about this movie. The violence is not gory but more melancholy. Every character is lonely in their own sense. Although, all of this have been picked up from the novel but this film picturizes those emotions very well. Special mention for the accents, none of the characters being american, actually did a decent job in portraying the particular southern drawls they were enacting. Overall, a really nice film.

Leila is intriguing and beautiful. The show is based on a dystopian future which has been crafted meticulously and sincerely. The sheer confidence with which the story has been told, deserves merit. Although the performances could have been better but the joy the show brings with its production value compensates for any dull acting. The writer is the Queen of the show. The amount of detailing and content has been put together in six episodes is commendable. I think it is one of the great shows of this year, definitely. P.S.- Those who are not meaning to watch the show at all are requested to not bash the show without watching it. P.P.S.- And why do you think this show demonises Hinduism? Have you seen one single shot of any one person representing Hinduism? The onus is on purity on a generic basis, not about any one particular religion. But then who am I kidding to, you haven't even watched the show. Go and watch first. And please keep your brain with yourself all the time. You will need it.

This film is a physical manifestation of what sh*tty is. The script is sub standard, and with a non existent plot this film is an yawn-fest. Cringe worthy dialogues and the chemistry between the lead pair makes you uncomfortable. Film is filled with cliched drama points and boring screenplay. Music is awful. Please save yourself from wasting your precious time in this wretched film. Do not watch it.

Tripling season 2 is disappointing ride in comparison to the season 1. Most of the punches seemed repetitive and boring. Plot is exactly the same as last season (just with an added budget). The screenplay heavily relies on the 'banter' between the siblings, which was already very deeply covered in Season 1. Hence the novelty factor wasn't there. Even the secondary themes weren't explored properly. The pacing was inconsistent. Half-baked teleplay. In terms of themes and characters, there was a dearth of freshness. Even the Lucknow Nawab sequence seemed to be inspired from another road-trip movie "Karwaan" (both have common writers). Though the characters are likeable enough to keep you glued to the last episode. The music is definitely ear-soothing. The writing could have been better but if you ignore the flaws, this show is watchable, thanks to its trip of nostalgia filled drama.

Finally something in Indian television which makes the audience think. The series is a great watch for sure, I enjoyed it but I also have issues with the screenplay and the pace. I felt like the story is being rushed and somehow it could not say much. Otherwise just the screenplay is poorly written. And please tell someone to not cast Radhika Apte in anymore of the Netflix shows, she is getting monotonous. Her performance brought nothing to the table. Her character might be different from what she earlier had played but the way she portrayed it seems she is just repeating herself.
