Two suburb opposite to each other, Mosman in Northern Sydney, and Claymore in South West Sydney, have completely different levels of wellbeing, especially economic. Three major sectors of economic wellbeing: Income, Housing, and Employment Rate, were measured within the two suburbs, with major differences. Income affects the accessibility to Human Essentials such as medical treatment, food and water, and educational opportunity. Housing quality affects how comfortable a person is when living under shelter. The Employment Rate determines the employment opportunities people have as well as the amount of unemployed people. The measured results infer that living in Northern Sydney offers strong economic wellbeing, and living in South West Sydney will cause a more negative economic wellbeing. Claymore’s average housing income ranged from $600 to $2100, whilst Mosman house income averages from $200 to $400, much higher than Claymore. Because of these results it seems people living in Mosman and Northern Sydney are more well off and have stable jobs, where Claymore residents have lower paying jobs and have a harder time affording human essentials. In Mosman 14 to 66% of residents own homes and 23% are in Mortgage Stress, while in Claymore 0 to 31% own homes and 16 to 82% are in Mortgage Stress. This continuously implies Mosman residents are comfortable with money as they can pay off Mortgages and are in less stress and have enough resources and funds to own homes. Unfortunately this isn't the case for Claymore citizens, as they are in more Mortgage Stress and cannot easily own homes, meaning they do not have enough money and resources to do so. Lastly in Claymore 5 to 31% of people are unemployed, while in Mosman only 0 to 9% are unemployed. It is clear Mosman residents can pay off Mortgages and own home because they have more stable jobs and are more employed. In the Conclusion the location of a person's living area can severely affect economic wellbeing, and is shown by the data comparisons from Mosman and Claymore, where Mosman had been shown to have a stronger economic wellbeing in various sectors, while it is the complete opposite in Claymore .
