@23:40 As Tom Anderson (Neo) is about to take his "medication", when he actually takes it his reflection in the side mirror is a random, gray-haired balding guy. Catch it quick because the image flashes for 2 seconds so you can easily miss it.
This same pattern follows throughout the movie so pay close attention to these subtle but significant occurrences.
