As much as I love Sims 4 and the better graphics along with the advanced versions of game mechanics...Sims 3 was better. The quality of the included EPs and SPs were far greater than the substitues generated in the newer sims game. Sims 4 was trying not to re-use the same titles and options as previous games, but in turn only left many good experiences out of the game. The lack of world customization present is awful with no customizable lot sizes and the inability to place your own was aggravating with the wonders i had experienced in Sims 3 just days prior. Cats and Dogs was a reboot of pets, but it had a different title and less options. The Vet Clinic helped to put out the fire, but the lack of smaller pets, controlling pets, and HORSES were aggravating. Seasons was improved, though. No complaints in that department. Get To Work (Sims 4) was like Ambitions (Sims 3). However, it was a dwongrade with less interesting careers than Ambitions. Sims 4 Vampires (GP) was a downgrade of Sims 3 Supernatural without the werewolves, fairies, zombies, witches, and (only if you had Showtime) genies. The vampires were more delevoped, but the lack of my favorite witches and fairies was disappointing. Get Famous is a re-do of Showtime and part of Late Night. I never owned Get Famous, so I cannot really comment besides the obvious similarities. I cannot point out any problems since I never cared to check it out with my past boredom in sims 3 with the celebrity system. There are more packs fo all kidns that have been downgraded or maybe even upgraded. No matter what, I would have been happier with a "better Sims 3" outlook because it is still the same franchise.
P.S. I'm still upset there isn't a University Life reboot /yet/
