My "evil" stepmother (her words, not mine) had me read this book in high school. I have forgotten more than I remember but only because it as so long ago...great lines from this that I still ponder onto this day.
"One is either defined or being defined." If that is true, thought I, I'd rather define than be defined by others! But that is a trap because the definer becomes definable as such. The real magic, and who knows if it is possible, is to remain undefinable. But I would have never even thought about it that way without this book.
Amazing book. Hope it becomes more available....
