I don't want to spoil anything so I'll just say this. Most of the negative reviews (not all, but most) are from people who can't even construct a proper sentence. If you're looking for something that would appeal to a person like that, you may not enjoy this. If you're looking for something where the protagonist actually doesn't do something stupid every three seconds, and you have to watch to understand what dialogue would normally be spoon fed to you, you might enjoy this a lot. Lost one star only because it's not the absolute best in the castaway genre. But it's pretty damn good.
