Bully Maguire

People who call this movie blasphemous are so stupid. It’s literally a film that states it’s fiction in the first 2 seconds. Secondly, this story is more likely to be true than the actual story in the Bible. Its perfect art that doesn’t succumb to the pressures of a bunch of religious fanatics who think that all media has to align with their specific beliefs. It’s brilliantly made, the actors were amazing, and the story was incredible. The ending reveal was amazing and eye opening. Scorsese perfectly develops his characters and he and willem dafoe humanize Jesus in a realistic and relatable way. I love Harvey keitel in it as well
