Heartwarming and empowering at the same time , Gunjan Saxena derives it’s core strength from its subtleness and riveting performances . Authenticity issues aside , the movie soars high on an inspiring father daughter bond which is so beautifully portrayed . Jahnvi Kapoor invests her heart into this role and triumphs , but equally impeccable performance comes from Pankaj Tripathi , who is the ideal father every daughter would dream of . The film deserves a watch because of its strong gender equality tone !!
