Kind of underwhelming. I guess I set my expectations a bit high for this movie. Main character is kinda dumb.

This is absolutely a brilliant war movie! Loved every second of it! 1917 has easily been added to one of my top 5 favourite war movies! Amazing cinematography which makes it a delight for the audience to watch! The actors are also brilliant. They all portrayed their characters really well...I felt every bit of the emotions the characters were feeling throughout the movie - nervous, scared, sad, relieved, etc. I was on an emotional rollercoaster throughout this movie haha. I don't know what more to say other than I'd 100% recommend watching this movie! Trust me, it's going to be worth your while!!!

I truly enjoyed watching this series! If you love movies/series based on historical events, especially medieval ones then you’ll love this one! :))

I usually don’t review movies but this one is a Great movie that I had to review. It encouraged me to look deeper into Scottish history even more. I loved the fact that the movie was based on historical event. Great cinematography and good casting too. 10/10 would recommend to watch😁👍. You will not be bored!
