An amazing album, released during a turning point in rap and social tolerance and acceptance. I would go so far as to say that marijuana's growing acceptance is partially the result of Snoop and Dre mainstreaming the harmlessness of it. People like me, who harmlessly grew up on albums like this, are of influential voting age these days. As for the music itself, it was humorous, memorable, entertaining and smoooooth. The launch party, if you will, of two legends.
