Honestly, in The Sims franchise, this was their best work. I played for hours daily and will return to play it and try new things every once in a while. While The Sims 3 and 4 are great games, this one felt like an experience. With so many different interactions and storylines, the game felt like it wanted to play with me when I played with it. The game's reality and fantasy are fantastic and it beats any other Sims game out there. Although some may say that The Sims 4 is better, it's lacking a lot of details and is very buggy compared to The Sims 2. EA has milked their fans dry with overrated prices for The Sims 4. Personally, you can get The Sims 2 much cheaper and have a better experience with it than The Sims 4. I have all of them, and I can say that this one was the best. Subsequently, you can relate to The Sims 2 more than any game out there, and most certainly is the right way to go.
