Interesting, very well written, argued, and seemingly well researched.
However: Mediterranean Diet is said to include kale and SPROUTS! There is no mention of aubergines, peppers, courgettes - the mainstay of southern european kitchens.
So... I do wonder how accurate everything else is?
By the way: having heard a podcast with Rose Anne Kenny, I understand that the most telling factor, the most effective way of staying active and healthy in brain and body is to keep sociable and busy. Volunteering is at the pinnacle of anti-decrepitude activities! So: please go out and find a shop that needs you 😁

Haunting. Brilliant. Beautiful cinematography.
Most - but not all - of the bloody action happens off screen. The violence is, mostly, latent; even the psychological damage largely unseen - with one huge exception. There are no wasted words, no wasted actions.
What is it they say about revenge being best served cool?
This is definitely a dish served very cool indeed.

Whishaw is always great. SPOILER ALERT!
Repressed, unhappy, broke, miserable. Boring, repetitive, but curiously demanding job (what of the guy who "recognises" him?), something has to give. After a birthday from hell at his parents' house, he finally lets off steam: robbing banks, running wild, creating mayhem - the one good thing he does is stop an appalling Best Man un mid flow.
Despite (surprisingly light) injuries following a nasty tumble off a quad bike, then a fight with a motorist, he ends up happy. Jolly good.
