Beauty with a soul! Watch Avatar The Way Of Water if you haven't already. It doesn't matter if you are one of the very few people like me who haven't seen the first part that came way back in 2009. This film has an emotional depth along with the gorgeous visuals. It has you captivated for the entire duration in spite of its length being over 3 hours. It is easily the most beautiful film you would have ever seen leaving you in complete awe. Watch it on the biggest screen possible. It is really needless to say that it is a masterpiece and technical marvel. Might watch this one again.

Drishyam 2 is a paisa vasool watch that is a worthy follow up to part one. It starts off slowly and picks up pace after the entry of Akshaye Khanna. The man has such an incredible screen presence. The second half scores and the climax doesn't fail to amaze you again. Akshaye Khanna and Ajay Devgn steal the show. The rest of the cast including Tabu, Rajat Kapoor and the actor playing Gaitonde are brilliant. Director Abishek Pathak has a winner on his hands.

A little late but finally watched Aranyak. It constantly reminded me of another show Candy that streamed on Voot a few months ago. The settings and theme are similar. Having said that Aranyak manages to hold on its own and is an intriguing watch. Murder mystery, drug rackets, political rivalries and an urban legend the show offers a lot of things. Every episode ends on a cliffhanger and you are hooked by this atmospheric show till the end. The cinematography, performances and background score are amongst the highlights of the show. Stream it if you haven't already!

The Viral Fever has come up with another brilliant show Saas Bahu Achaar Pvt Ltd. This is not your regular saas-bahu drama. It is a heartwarming story of a woman who rises against all the odds and becomes an entrepreneur with her 'saas' being her biggest cheerleader. Her struggles are brought to life by Amruta Subhash's beautiful performance. Another performance to watch out for is Anjana Sukhani's. Anup Soni and Yamini Das are excellent. The show has some lovely dialogues and background score. It is a perfect binge watch for the entire family.

Gulmohar is a beautiful film. An emotional family drama with some lovely performances and dialogues. It's truly a delight to watch Manoj Bajpayee, Sharmila Tagore and Amol Palekar together in one film. Bajpayee keeps reminding us that he is one of the best we have. Such a moving performance. Outstanding! It was a pleasure watching Sharmila on screen after a long time and she is excellent. In fact she along with Bajpayee pretty much stole the scene. It is a delight to watch Amol Palekar even while playing a grey role in this one. We have hardly seen Simran Bagga in Hindi cinema and she is so good. All the other actors including Suraj Sharma are fine too. Overall this one is a must watch especially if you crave quality family dramas. Rahul Chittella makes an assured debut as a director.

What a crazy watch Monica O My Darling is! The unpredictable storyline with numerous twists & turns keep you glued to the screen. Quirky characters, performances and music take you on a mad fun ride. Rajkummar Rao and Huma Qureshi steal the show with their antics. Radhika Apte shines even in a brief role. The retro music gives altogether a different vibe to the proceedings. Placement of the songs like Farsh Pe Khade bring the house down. Take a bow Vasan Bala, the man behind this gem. Fun guaranteed while it lasts. Don't miss this one!
