People saying that this film is portraying the Virgin holy Mary in a bad way haven't understood the film. The film clearly shows that the deminnwas performing the miracles disguised as Mother Mary..in the climax when she speaks to Alice telling her that of she does not complete her prayer then she will loose her ability to speak, Alice that very instance realises that Mother Mary would not say anything like this and ot was indeed a Demon talking to her disguised as Mother Mary.
The film is not bad but far from being worthy enough to remember it for a long time.

Good story, good direction, good acting and more over a very good message towards the end of season 1. Do not expect this series to scare you..it is not made for that purpose...watch it if you like the genre of paranormal.
