SPOILERS AHEAD!! I just watched this movie today, this movie is so good, a lot of people here who rated this movie less than 3 stars are the ones who are impatient, the ones who expected a lot of cameos (like iron man's variant cameo). Marvel aren't rushing their multiverse story this is just the beginning. Back to the movie, the entrance of the movie was perfect, Dr Strange dreams of him and America Chavez being chased by a creature which wants America Chavez power of physically traveling universes, but that turns out it was not a dream, it was a consciousness of him from another universe, that's a good way of showing that the multiverse exits. Later on Dr Strange meet America Chavez In the main MCU - universe, that's when he realises the multiverse exist. Uuuurgh it's a lot to put here, just go watch the movie!!!!

Do yourself a favor and don't watch this, you'll be wasting your life in a movie that is about NOTHING. This is the most overrated piece of garbage I've watch so far in my life, I don't want to be harsh just for the sake of it so you've got to understand the context of this movie being filmed in 2003, how globalization wasn't a very big deal and how little the main characters knew about Japanese culture/society but this movie is literally about nothing, nothing was gained at the end of it, nothing was learned or experienced besides an uneasy feeling of watching an 18 y/o Scarlett "Mistreated Wife" Johansson kissing with a much more older Bill "Bill Murray in Japan" Murray. This movie is basically about these two individuals who meet in Japan and who are presented to this different culture of people who really don't care about speaking English (as they should) based on how Anglos (Americans specially) believe that the rest of the world should bow to them and speak in English because that's their language. I'd imagine this movie is popular among them because how different Japanese culture is and they look at them as some sort of disdain of how weird they are compared to them, nonce. I'd rather watch a marathon of back to back to back to back Paul Blart Mall Cop movie than this ever again
