Kahoot ripped me off! I never subscribed to any of their plan. I only accidentally clicked the free trial and it was mistakenly the PhP1,390 plan. But, I remember cancelling that subscription before it even expired. I do have proof, since that’s the only Kahoot subscription reflected in my phone.😠 After a few weeks, I was shocked to find my Paypal Bill charged with $228 Kahoot package, which I never signed up for! I would never ever spend that amount for just a game (or heck even if they claim it to be educational), coz I do have a lot more financial obligations and health expenses to prioritize rather than splurge in that vanity!!! 😖 So, I’ve emailed their Customer Contact Support twice already, but it’s been a week now, but they have no reply yet. I’m so pissed! It seems I’ve been scammed by Kahoot! 😤 Please give me back my money! I never signed up for that $228 plan at all! I won’t stop till you give this matter your attention! 😡
