If you’re looking for a “Gossip Girl” meets Sex & The City type show with a “woke” twist - this is for you. The characters are decent, and they’re definitely personable. The fashion is fabulous, and the Storyline is fairly well-written…but I could do without all the “in your face,” political prose, that is clearly geared towards a far left agenda. I suppose anymore, this is an accurate portrayal of what HollyWIERD has become…so I don’t know why I’m the least bit surprised. However, that’s the primary reason I’ve given this “art imitating life” in NYC high-fashion, rom-com esque series 3 stars rather than five. But it does keep you hooked if you’re looking for a binge-worthy show of this kind.

Just couldn’t do it. I managed to get through the first 2.5 episodes and I had to turn it off. In their effort to try and be “woke,” for lack of a better term, I feel like they completely lost the essence of what Gossip Girl was. Not a fan.
