If there were a rating lower than one star I would surely give it that rating. I am not a genius, but could not get beyond the author's inability to put together a sentence. The syntax was nonexistent. Obviously, no proofing or editing was done other than by the author. The book will not help you sleep and aid in reducing stress. As I read I was astonished that "anyone" can write a book. Truly a waste of my money purchasing it.
