Well first of all, this show is really something else, i thought i was done with all of those superhero shows. but since TUA was based on a comic made by Gerard Way i thought, why the hell not?
To be honest it was overwhelming at first, as a person who would normally watch light shows and funny dramas i didn't really connect with the few first episodes, since all of the characters didn't really had a detailed introduction unlike other superhero movies and shows they normally describe about their characters. Usually related to where they're from, how they got their powers etc. But in this show we kinda have to figure out a lot of things ourselves, a lot of things may look messy at first but once you've really got to the core of the season you'd understand what was going on, many things weren't explained and seemed weird because it's really how the story goes. you just have to watch it, pause a few moments to think about the scenes you just watched and proceed. because even though you don't like the series after watching a few episodes you'd still have to finish it since it really makes us curious and wondering about what was going to happen next, and we'll eventually end up finishing the whole season. And I'm glad i did finish the season and didn't stop at episode 3. I think it was worth a watch
