The pilot is one of the best I have seen, it introduces characters, setting and establishes ground rules. Which rules the show immediately tosses out the window. Some characters are extremely out of place and there is no real learning or character progression. Going for the head was established in the first episode, yet most of the time characters completely forget that to make fake suspense and tention. The show drags on and on and on with slow scenes that mostly provide no value to any aspect other than runtime. And the dialog and logic are completely lost here. I would avoid watching it if you expected something related to z nation (same universe) and if you know the genre well.If you don't mind dumb characters in zombie fiction then it isn't too bad.
