Johnny Carson was loved by the entire country, and stayed away from on air political activism. You were so close to being a big success, but failed as soon as you inherited your show. You cater to a small subset of viewers, and are incapable of attracting a wide audience. It’s a shame to see you throw away your potential. Nobody is even going to remember you in a few years.
