Witty dialogue, good mystery, overall excellent script and insanely hilarious but of course not everyone will appreciate this type of humour. Strong acting and great chemistry between the two leads. Completely underrated IMO.

Saw a short excerpt of an Easter egg in this film and read some good reviews, so I decided to watch it (plus, Edgar Wright, amiright??) and then was thoroughly disappointed. Lines are predictable, storyline unimaginative, characters flat. The action scenes syncing with the music was cute for the first few instances and then it quickly became forced and boring. There were a couple of good scenes particularly the car chases, and at least the acting can't be faulted, but overall I felt it was an hour + of my life I could have better spent. Might be because I was expecting too much going into it seeing as how Wright has done a fair amount of very good work but the poor script really prevents me from liking this.
