The joke is the movie. Almost walked out. Going in I was worried about how I would like the joker played by another actor that we haven't seen before but that wasn't the case. Phoenix did what he could but the script was bad. Slow and boring and timeline was like ok so I'm supposed believe joker is in mid to early 30s. Waste of time and money.
