You call it poverty what you have shown in the movie?? Come to India sometime. The problems shown in movie especially the urban floods is any every year story of even middle class in Mumbai and they even don't get such good services afterwards.... This may surely is amusing for westerners but nothing new for us... About all dark comedy thing its little exaggerated i think, nobody lives in basement for 4 years
