Would be a great game if it didn’t suck so much. Truly. The bugs, glitches, terrible animations that are interrupted by more bugs all make for a one messed up gaming experience. Bought the game expecting it to be so much more considering it’s been out for so long. Not at all. The whole thing is a mess. Love the movies and I love that there are many things from the film franchise that do appear in the game itself and that’s the only reason I give it 2 stars instead of one. Creators of the game had a great idea and there is a ton of potential but overall the quality of in-game effects make it a poor experience. Many moments where Jason is able to break rules of the game by grabbing you even as you’re already climbing through a window or closing a door in his face. Or the whole morphing and shifting as Jason is so inaccurate and difficult to maneuver. You end up getting stuck on tree and losing the ability because it’s very poorly done. Or driving the car and then suddenly the car goes flying and you’re stuck off map or die. So many instances and moments to list that just add for overall frustration and disappointment for something that could be great.
