In a world that's constantly descending into chaos, at a city with plenty of people consumed by the darkness, to bring a superhero from the all-colourful 1960s comics scheme to the 21st century in a way darker tone and colder way than Sam Raimi did was a truly great decision. The creation of the suit and web-shooters showing how Peter made use of whatever he had access to was sensible and well-portrayed. Overall, a Great concept with awesome execution for an amazing movie, though I was very skeptical at first.
