Midnight Mass is a serious satire on the Christian church (in this case the Catholic Christian church). Msgr. Pruitt’s “angel” reflects all churches who are constantly eating at us and feeding off us. While this appears to be another vampire show, that is not the truth of it, prompting each and everyone of us to ask 'what does death mean to me.' This series is masterfully done with redemption clearly outlined in the end. There are so many intricacies in this show that it would take me all day to expound on them. Thank you so much. I'm still thinking about it 24 hours later.
