I read the books after I saw and fell in love with the first movie. Saying I was excited to watch the 2nd movie was an understatement! But I was very disappointed. I felt like Lana and Noah lacked that spark, the chemistry they exhibited in the first film. I understand that it's a movie and there's only but so much they can pack into it based on the book. But I wish they'd kept true to some things in the book. For example, the video of LJ and Peter in the hot tub was a WAYYY bigger deal in the book then it was in the movie. I was really looking forward to seeing how the USO party turned out, esp how LJ's hair was supposed to be styled. And John Ambrose was suppose to be Stormy's grandmother. It was weird to see that they were strangers to each other in the movie. All in all, I will be watching the 3rd movie because I am clearly invested. Please, please, dont let us down!
