DISCLAIMER: SPOILERS One thing i would say is that MAKE SURE YOUR KID CAN HANDLE THIS. Even though my toddler self thought it was amazing, many kids at 9/10 years old are scared of this movie so it is IMPERITAVE that you know your kid can handle the ghosts, the ghouls and that you are comfortable with having your child see voodoo magic. I was about four or five years old when i first saw this AMAZING movie and my family and i still love it 10 years later. I loved the colors and how different it was and how beautiful Tiana looked. I was entranced by the voodoo and Dr. Facilier because he was such a lively character and i thought his actions and voice were so entertaining. Naveen had his smooth voice and amazing character development. Ray and Louis were amazing singers and added more depth and intrest to this wonderful film. Not to forget Lottie and her ubeat attitude! I would give this movie 5,000/10 because of the JOY it gives me everytime i see it

I myself am a Muslim. Because of this, some of my peers and teachers look at me differently. Some will make joke but I call them out before it gets too far. My point is. I understand how it feels to be judged and Angie Thomas took the words right out of my mouth with every emotion and thought that was conveyed through her story. Her characters seem to be real and living because of their mannerisms and what they say and how they say it. It's very well done in my opinion and I was absolutely in love with Bri and Jay. Bri's attitude and her interests related to my own quite well and Jay with her stubbornness and her fight to take care of her children was inspiring. 11/10 for this book because of its realism and how truthful it was

I honestly loved this show so much. When I started watching the show, I was at the age where I was growing up but I still couldn't break from being a child. I loved how I learned different retellings of stories that I grew up with. I loved learning backgrounds of how the time and place of the story varied. Honestly, 11/12 year old me just felt smarter. The special effects were mesmerizing and the back flashes were so captivating with the attention to detail. I did think that some things were strange. Like how egocentric King Arthur was and Tiger Lily being a fairy. I'm not hating on it, the screenwriters wrote it how it is. Does anyone know if the actress for Tiger Lily was actually Native American? Or have any ties with the Native American culture? This show had my heart and soul until season 7. I couldn't get through that first episode without crying and cringing. I never thought Henry would leave his child like that and stop believing in the stories that he advocated so hard for. Most of the characters that we met and grown to love were completely erased and some were renamed while others weren't there entirely. I still rewatch the show when I feel nostalgic but never will I watch that mess of season 7.

i would definitely recommend this for 12+ but that’s my personal opinion considering i read it at 13 lol anyways, this is in my top three of favorite graphic novels because of how realistic this book is. the friendship and conversations between the main character and her friend are realistic and focused on their current events and i enjoy how raw the family dynamic was. i cried a bit reading this when i found out about the main characters mom and i cringed at their actions towards the boys at the movie store 10/10 would recommend and read
