One of those baseless, plot-less scripts which somehow make it to the Big Screen as if by magic. Even the music does not do the movie justice, and Matt Damon should have said no when offered a chance to play a role. The funniest part about this film is, its made in an age when people no longer take global warming claims as seriously as like they used to. That is also the saddest part. The main characters feel like and literally live like G.I.Joe figures. But the important part is they are of course treated better. And that is where any potential plot begins to miss its point. We have seen so many films about little people of all sizes and all kinds of potential and they are all better than this one. If dwarfs and elves were to make this movie they would think the same way about their version. Even the overall message of belief in global warming and overpopulation fails to be presented convincingly in the movie which was kinda the point with it. Giving this movie only one star is too cruel for somebody who wants to send future generations the classic message of the importance of never messing up with the environment. The film has the potential of being remade into something much better and greater in the near future. Greetings to Matt Damon, the producer, director, writer and everyone else involved from Iceland with a hope of a future remake. Thank you!
